HID Powers Seamless Access Control Upgrade at Xinhua Financial Plaza, Elevating Security and Convenience

Xinhua Tianyi Services, the property management subsidiary of Xinhua Real Estate Group, needed to modernize access control at Xinhua Financial Plaza while addressing tenant demand for smartphone-based entry and concerns about duplicated non-encrypted cards. The building managed by Xinhua Tianyi Services had relied on physical access cards for years, creating both convenience and security challenges, and the team wanted a more seamless mobile experience without disrupting daily operations.

HID Global implemented HID Mobile Access, along with HID Seos credential technology, HID Signo readers, and the HID Origo cloud platform, using a phased upgrade that preserved much of the existing infrastructure. The result was a secure, stable mobile access system used by more than 7,000 employees and tenants, improving traffic flow, eliminating card-cloning risks, and enabling remote credential management and real-time reporting for Xinhua Tianyi Services.
