HID Powers Libourne’s Security Transformation for a Safer, Scalable Future

Libourne City Hall in France needed to replace an aging physical security system that was unreliable, hard to maintain, and difficult to scale across municipal buildings, including a high-security police armory. Working with Addixi and HID Global, the city looked for a modern access control solution built around HID Mobile Access and controllers.

HID Global, with Addixi’s expertise, implemented a locally managed, cloud-free system that uses both badges and smartphones for access. The solution now secures 30 to 40 doors for about 100 users across six buildings, delivering more stable performance, lower maintenance effort, centralized administration, and a scalable foundation for future sites and features.
