HID Mobile Access Integrates Security and Convenience for CGS-CIMB’s Singapore Employees

CGS-CIMB, a leading integrated financial services provider in Asia, faced a security challenge when moving its Singapore office to the Marina Bay Financial Centre. The building used a mobile access system, requiring CGS-CIMB to find a card-less solution that would integrate with this system while meeting its own extremely stringent, regulated security requirements. The customer partnered with vendor HID Global to address this.

The solution implemented by HID Global was its HID Mobile Access platform, which was integrated with the building's Habitap ONE system. This provided secure, touchless access to the office, secured rooms, and shared resources via mobile credentials. The result was a smooth implementation with positive user adoption; 500 employees now use the system. HID Global's solution successfully met all of the company's rigorous regulatory and internal security audit requirements.
