Les Roches Marbella, a prestigious international hospitality school, sought to replace its outdated RFID card system with a mobile-first solution to elevate the student experience and streamline administrative processes. Their challenge was to integrate a digital badge system across a complex infrastructure with many existing vendors, requiring a solution that worked on both Android and iOS. They partnered with HID Global to implement a mobile access system using HID Seos mobile credentials.

HID Global implemented a comprehensive mobile ecosystem featuring HID Seos credentials, OMNIKEY readers, and Signo access control readers. The solution allowed students to use their smartphones for access to buildings, vending, laundry, and point-of-sale systems. The results included a fully digital and streamlined registration process, with 100% of students now using the mobile system. HID Global's technology also provided the flexibility for the school to create custom security tools, leading to greater efficiency and an enhanced, secure student experience.
