Trinity Real Estate needed a more reliable, easy-to-use visitor management system to let tenants approve or deny visitor access while improving security across its buildings. After an earlier solution proved too complicated and unreliable, the company evaluated HID Global’s EasyLobby software as part of its search for a better option.

HID Global implemented EasyLobby with a web interface, ID scanner, and badge printing integrated with Trinity’s existing access control system. The result was a faster, simpler process that clears visitors in about 20 seconds, supports repeat visitor management and watch lists, and improves visibility for safety and reporting. Based on strong tenant feedback, the system was expanded from one building to three, and Trinity was able to extend visitor pass durations from two weeks to 60 days in just minutes.
