HID access control solution provides convenience to condo residents without compromising security

Signature Park Condominium, a residential development in Singapore with nearly 3,000 residents, was located in a high-traffic area that allowed easy public access, compromising security for its residents. The management council sought a solution to control access to the property. They selected HID Global, working through their partner JOINTECH, to implement an access control system using HID’s iCLASS contactless smart cards and R10 readers.

The HID solution provided secure and convenient access for residents through three newly erected gates. The system was easy to implement and manage, and the branded smart cards enhanced the condominium's prestige. The residents are pleased with the system, which has greatly tightened security and reduced trespassers, providing significant peace of mind.
