Ghelamco Standardizes on HID Mobile Access and Door Readers for All Flagship Polish Skyscraper Projects

Ghelamco Poland, a major real estate developer, needed a future-proof and flexible physical access control system for its multi-tenant flagship skyscrapers. Their challenge was to find a secure solution that could seamlessly integrate with various other building systems and support both mobile and physical access credentials to meet the diverse needs of their blue-chip corporate tenants. They turned to HID Global to address these requirements.

HID Global implemented its HID Mobile Access solution, utilizing a combination of its iCLASS SE and Signo readers with Seos credential technology. This was integrated with the Signal OS smart building platform to create a holistic system for access, parking, and visitor management. The results included significant cost savings from eliminating lost PVC cards, streamlined visitor processes, and enhanced security. The mobile solution also directly supported Ghelamco's sustainability goals by removing the waste associated with physical credentials.
