HID Global implemented WorkforceID Visitor Manager as a cloud-based, unified portal for pre-registration, self-service check-in, health screening, notifications, and reporting, with integration to Microsoft Outlook and PACS. The result was a dramatic reduction in check-in time, a smoother lobby experience with far less manual work, and better control over visitor access. The institution also gained real-time and automated reporting for stronger visibility, security, and contact tracing.
