Condé Nast Vogue House Selects Flexible, Reliable and Stylish HID Solution

Vogue House, a flagship London office for Condé Nast publishing, needed to replace a dated and vulnerable pin code access system. Their challenge was to find a new security solution for hundreds of employees and high-profile visitors that was not only reliable and flexible but also stylish enough to match the company's sophisticated image. They turned to vendor HID Global for a solution involving iCLASS readers and smart cards.

HID Global, via their partner, provided iCLASS R40 readers and smart cards to create a secure, aesthetically pleasing access control system. The implementation was a success, with the new system providing reliable performance and the stylish design Vogue required. The solution also included Fargo printers for in-house card customization, giving Vogue full control over card management. As a result of this successful installation, the publisher is planning to use HID products at other Condé Nast sites.
