Civil Aviation Training Center Thailand Future-Proofs Security With HID® Access Control Solutions

Civil Aviation Training Center Thailand, based in Bangkok, needed to strengthen campus-wide security as part of its digital transformation. After a security audit revealed gaps in its existing smart card system, the center wanted a future-proof access control solution from HID Global that could prevent card duplication, protect sensitive aviation training areas, and eventually support both card- and app-based access.

HID Global implemented an integrated solution using HID Mobile Access, HID Seos, and HID Aero to secure access across the campus and simplify credential management. The new system now supports secure access for 1,000 students and 500 employees, tracks attendance and facility usage, and is planned for rollout to additional campuses, helping CATC Thailand improve convenience, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.
