Smart and Sustainable Access Control HID Transforms the Tenant Experience at Centro Empresarial Libertador in Argentina

RAGHSA, a leading real estate developer in Argentina, faced a manual and inefficient physical card-based access system at its Centro Empresarial Libertador building. This process created operational delays, security vulnerabilities, and was in direct conflict with the company's environmental sustainability goals. The challenge prompted RAGHSA to partner with vendor HID Global to find a safer, more practical, and sustainable alternative.

HID Global implemented its HID Mobile Access solution, which included SEOS-enabled mobile credentials and HID Signo readers. This allowed tenants to use their smartphones for secure, contactless building entry, managed via a cloud portal. The solution completely digitized the credentialing process, eliminating all physical cards and in-person procedures. For RAGHSA, this resulted in significant operational efficiency, reduced administrative workload, and enhanced security, while also supporting its corporate sustainability objectives by removing plastic waste. The deployment included 3,250 mobile access licenses.
