Keppel, a global asset manager and operator, sought to revolutionize building access for tenants and visitors across its properties by developing its find a solution that integrated seamlessly with their internal technology stack, supported decentralized authorization for property managers, and enabled a shift from physical cards to mobile credentials to reduce costs and waste. HID implemented its HID Mobile Access solution, which integrated with the KLIK+ platform to provide secure, contactless access using mobile credentials. The result was a 65% reduction in annual access management costs per user, faster credential issuance via the cloud, and a significantly improved tenant experience. The successful partnership with HID has enabled Keppel's scalable deployment, with over 4,000 users now accessing their workplaces using the HID-powered mobile credentials.
