Zooz, a PayU company based in Tel Aviv with 60 employees, is an open payments platform that helps merchants connect to multiple payment providers and harmonise payments data. Facing inefficient, manual people processes, Zooz’s Head of People sought a single, adaptable system for capturing and analysing people data and engaged vendor Hibob to provide a configurable people management solution (bob).

Hibob implemented its bob platform to deliver data capture, automation and secure storage, replacing manual Word/Sheets and adding features like club view, surveys and shoutouts. As a result, Zooz reinvented its appraisal process to capture continuous feedback, made people-management faster, more transparent and personalised, and enabled managers to tailor decisions with one-click access to rich HR data — outcomes driven by Hibob’s automation and analytics.
