JRNI, a London-based customer engagement platform, needed to replace Google Drive as its employee directory and HR document store after rapid growth and the opening of offices in Boston and Sydney. Finding contracts and onboarding documents across sites and time zones was time-consuming and manual, so JRNI selected Hibob’s HRIS platform (bob) to centralize records and streamline onboarding.

Hibob deployed its core HR platform and talent package along with Workflows, Clubs, ShoutOut and deep Slack integration, automating onboarding nudges, centralizing employee information into customizable folders, and enabling self-service performance reviews. As a result, JRNI spent less time chasing onboarding tasks, improved document upload speed and record access, and saw clearer company-wide communication and a stronger, more transparent culture after adopting Hibob.
