How Waves went fully-digital (and fully-remote) using bob and MS Teams

Waves Audio, a global audio and music technology company with 300+ employees across six sites, needed to replace slow, manual HR processes and better support a growing distributed workforce. Before adopting HiBob’s Bob HRIS, time tracking, time-off requests, and sick leave management were handled through paper forms, email, and manual admin work, creating inefficiency and room for errors.

HiBob implemented Bob and its Microsoft Teams integration to bring HR actions into employees’ daily workflow. With Bob x Teams, Waves automated more than 100 hours of admin work per month and saved managers and HR an additional 60 hours monthly on time-off and sick-day requests. The solution also helped Waves maintain culture and connection during its rapid shift to fully remote work, and employees rated Bob highest for ease of use in a company-wide poll.
