With HiBob, BigID now uses dashboards to monitor headcount, attrition, diversity, and performance trends, including attrition-risk scores and automated 9-box performance mapping that previously took hours to build manually. The team also runs regular surveys to act on employee feedback, introduced career training and flexible work options based on survey results, and boosted engagement through recognition tools like Kudos and Shoutouts, helping create a more connected and collaborative culture.
