British Transport Police engages 5,200 people with H&H

The British Transport Police faced the challenge of reconnecting its geographically disparate force of 5,200 officers and staff with a new, shared vision amidst limited technology and information overload. The vendor H&H was engaged to design a transformational change programme to overcome these barriers and inspire the entire organization.

H&H implemented a solution called "A Force on the move," which put dialogue and participation at the heart of the programme instead of top-down directives. This involved 285 group conversations and interactive tools to gather feedback and allow personnel to shape the new strategy. The impact was a monumental cultural shift, with over 1,000 people viewing the programme's animation and all 5,200 given a chance to participate, establishing a more open and participatory approach to change across the force.
