TheRedPin, led by CMO and co‑founder Rokham Fard, is a Toronto‑based online brokerage aiming to simplify home buying and selling. To give each property its own entry point and make it easy for prospective buyers to access information and request help, TheRedPin used Heyo’s landing‑page design and publishing tools to build property‑specific pages promoted on Facebook.
Using Heyo, TheRedPin launched a Southside Condos landing page with priority‑access registration and perks, then paired it with a targeted Facebook promotion; Heyo helped capture 121 highly qualified email leads from 222 impressions for a 54.5% conversion rate. The campaign generated comparable or better CPA than other digital channels, demonstrating Heyo’s effectiveness for scalable, property‑level lead generation.
