WH Law, a multi-office law firm with offices in Arkansas and Tennessee, wanted a more accessible and convenient way to communicate with clients while improving lead capture and preserving its approachable brand. To replace scattered texting from multiple numbers and the limitations of live chat, the firm turned to Heymarket and its SMS platform, including Salesforce SMS integration and shared inboxes.
With Heymarket, WH Law ported its preferred branded number, centralized automated and manual texting through Salesforce, and used shared inboxes to let a large team collaborate efficiently. The results were significant: contract signing rates doubled after SMS was added to the intake process, and team capacity also doubled, allowing WH Law to manage twice as many communications as before.
