Heyjobs implemented a data-driven advertising solution, publishing SARIA's jobs as premium ads and using an algorithm to match them with qualified candidates on social media and job portals. The system automatically reallocated the daily budget to the best-performing channels based on application quality. This approach provided SARIA with over 28 qualified candidates every 30 days at a cost per application of just €58, making their recruiting process far more efficient and effective.
