Streamlining Mobile Kiosk Management across 13 hotels from a single console

Millennium Hotels and Resorts, a global hotel chain with 13 branches in North America, needed to manage company phones (Android and iOS) issued to traveling staff so they were restricted to work‑only apps, track device locations, and enable remote wipe. After evaluating other options, the IT team selected Hexnode MDM, using its console and Kiosk mode to meet cross‑platform management and lockdown requirements.

Hexnode MDM was used to import users from Active Directory into a single console, deploy Kiosk mode to whitelist apps and prevent exits, enable periodic and on‑demand location tracking with history, and configure enterprise and full device wipes. The result was centralized enrollment and management across their hotels (including the 13 North American properties), elimination of manual user provisioning, tighter device security, and simplified remote control and incident response via Hexnode MDM.
