The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA), which operates Toronto Pearson — Canada’s busiest airport, faced growing labour‑intensive incident and workflow management across its Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC), where 11 agencies need shared visibility of incidents and resources. The solution streamlined multi‑agency dispatching, enabled coordinated responses (for example dispatching security and maintenance together), increased incident visibility for planning, and reduced response times while improving operational efficiency across airside, terminals and emergency services.
