PVT Agriculture reduces after-sales cost with digital solutions from Hexagon

PVT Agriculture, a manufacturer of agricultural sprayers, faced high after-sales costs due to deficient GPS controllers on their equipment. To address this challenge and add market value to their machines, they partnered with vendor Hexagon to implement innovative solutions, including displays and software from the HxGN AgrOn platform.

Hexagon provided its AgrOn Auto Steering and AgrOn Sprayer Control solutions, along with a Remote Access module. This allowed PVT Agriculture's technical team to visualize machine displays and solve problems remotely in real time. The solution resulted in a 95% reduction in technical assistance field visits and a significant decrease in after-sales service costs for the manufacturer.
