Gribi Messtechnik AG, a high-precision Swiss measurement service provider, needed a coordinate measuring machine with unparalleled accuracy to meet its customers' rising demands and to extend its 3D calibration capabilities into the sub-micrometer range. Hexagon provided its Leitz Infinity coordinate measuring machine, equipped with QUINDOS software, which delivered a verified basic accuracy of 0.3 µm.
