They needed to triple their processing performance to handle 24 4K inputs and 8K requirements while maintaining an extremely compact, modular design that could reliably dissipate immense heat in harsh environmental conditions. To solve this, they turned to vendor Hexagon and utilized their Cradle CFD simulation software.

By implementing Hexagon's Cradle CFD, Analog Way's engineering team could quickly and accurately simulate thermal performance and optimize their cooling system design. This enabled them to confidently dissipate 2KW of heat in a confined space.
