This resulted in cycle time savings of up to 40%, a massive reduction in a specific roughing cycle from 30 to 10 minutes, and freed up machine capacity. The stable and efficient processes from Hexagon's EDGECAM have become a vital part of their manufacturing, improving profitability and enabling the company to take on more work.
