Case Study: Greater Toronto Airports Authority improves incident management and airport operations with Hexagon

A Hexagon Case Study

Preview of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority Case Study

Greater Toronto Airports Authority uses Hexagon technology to streamline multiagency dispatching and improve incident and workflow management

The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) faced a challenge managing operations across its sprawling, multi-agency airport due to a lack of visibility into incidents and resources, which created confusion and delayed response times. To address this, GTAA selected a suite of products from Hexagon, including a computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system, to streamline multi-agency dispatching and improve incident and workflow management.

Hexagon's solutions integrated 11 separate entities within the operations centre, connecting critical systems and data to automate processes. This provided vital visibility and improved collaboration between departments, leading to reduced response times and more efficient planning and operations across the airport.
