Dixence, an SME specializing in industrial rubber injection moulds and cold runner blocks for the automotive sector, needed to improve productivity and precision while consolidating disparate project information from sales to invoices. To address this, they partnered with vendor Hexagon to implement the WORKNC and WORKPLAN software solutions.

Hexagon's solution involved using WORKNC for high-precision 3+2 axis toolpath programming across eight CNC machine tools and WORKPLAN to centralize all project data. This tandem improved productivity, reduced errors, and enabled unattended night operations. For Dixence, the implementation provided full traceability, streamlined invoicing, and the data needed to quickly calculate cost budgets and progressively improve profitability.
