Crabtree and Hargreeves, a quality kitchen specialist, was facing challenges with production accuracy and efficiency using separate design and cutting list software paired with a panel saw. The company sought a better solution and, with the help of machine tool supplier Felder, turned to Hexagon's CABINET VISION software to drive their new CNC machinery and streamline their workflow.

By implementing Hexagon's CABINET VISION CAD/CAM software, the company eradicated errors as designs were faithfully reproduced in the NC code. The solution significantly reduced the time to produce a kitchen from over a week to about a day and a half, increasing overall capacity. Hexagon's software enabled employees without a woodworking background to become valuable, core members of staff, consolidating what was once done with several software packages into a single, comprehensive system.
