Anglian Water, the largest water and wastewater company in England and Wales by geography, faced challenges related to climate change, population growth, and stringent regulations. The solution from Hexagon created a single source for network asset and geospatial data, which was integrated with Anglian Water's SAP environment. This enabled better planning, incident management, and the development of a geographic decision-making tool called the Visual Intelligence Programme. The results included a customer satisfaction score of 4.72 out of 5, making them the top-ranked utility in the UK, alongside more efficient field operations and the elimination of error-prone manual data entry processes.
