Amiantit Fiberglass Enhances Productivity Using CAESAR II® on YANSAB Project

Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company, a major thermosetting fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pipe manufacturer, faced challenges conducting detailed stress analysis for a large piping system and meeting a strict fabrication schedule for the YANSAB petrochemical complex. To solve these project challenges, Amiantit chose Hexagon’s CAESAR II Pipe Stress Analysis software.

By implementing Hexagon’s CAESAR II, the project team utilized its built-in FRP analysis capabilities and superb graphical interface to model and simulate the piping systems, resolving their technical challenges. The solution saved time and enhanced overall productivity, enabling Amiantit to successfully supply approximately 20,000 meters of FRP piping for the project.
