Vietsovpetro Adopts Intergraph Smart® Yard for Offshore Design and Review

Vietsovpetro, the Vietnamese-Russian oil and gas joint venture, needed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of offshore platform design and review as its projects became more complex. The company turned to Hexagon PPM and its engineering portfolio, including Intergraph Smart 3D, Smart Instrumentation, Smart Electrical, Smart P&ID, SmartPlant Foundation, CADWorx, CAESAR II, and PV Elite, to support its design and engineering needs.

Hexagon PPM implemented Smart 3D to provide rule-based, automated 3D design for offshore projects, enabling Vietsovpetro to review designs, make changes more easily, and generate accurate deliverables such as MTOs.
