Stadler Rail Group rolls out HxGN EAM to 30 locations for maintenance control

Stadler Rail Group, a Swiss rail vehicle manufacturer and systems provider, faced new challenges in coordinating maintenance activities, meeting compliance requirements, and integrating IT systems as it expanded into the maintenance of rail vehicles. To address this, they selected the HxGN EAM solution from vendor Hexagon PPM.

Hexagon PPM implemented its HxGN EAM software, which provided a flexible and user-friendly system with web capability. The solution was rolled out to approximately 30 international locations, allowing Stadler to record and track all maintenance activities, gain improved control of the full vehicle lifecycle, and centrally access maintenance planning and documentation. The vendor's solution enabled Stadler to tailor its maintenance processes and map new train fleets in the system very quickly.
