The Heerema Group, a Dutch offshore oil and gas construction company, needed a better way to manage piping fabrication data and produce accurate shop isometrics after its previous software proved outdated and unreliable. Working with Hexagon PPM, the company sought a solution that could quickly take PCF/IDF files from engineering contractors, add fabrication details, and support its large-scale projects.
