Corrigan Company Fabricates 11,000 Feet of Pipe for Brewery with Intergraph Spoolgen

Corrigan Company, a U.S.-based mechanical contractor, needed a faster and more accurate way to create fabrication spool drawings for complex piping projects. Hexagon PPM implemented Spoolgen® to generate shop fabrication spool drawings from IDF piping data and 3D field-scanned conditions, with Smart Review helping determine weld locations and spool breaks. The solution improved workflow speed and accuracy, enabled automatic BOM production for ordering and material separation, and helped Corrigan fabricate more than 11,000 feet of piping for the brewery project.
