CH2M, a global engineering and consulting firm managing more than 3,000 projects in 50+ countries, needed a better way to control project performance across business groups. Its existing project controls approach was fragmented, with separate delivery systems creating disparate data, double entry, and no reliable enterprise-wide view of cost and schedule performance. Hexagon PPM’s EcoSys Enterprise Projects Performance software was selected to address these challenges.

Hexagon PPM implemented EcoSys to standardize and automate project controls across CH2M, integrating with Oracle ERP and P6 scheduling systems. The solution improved budgeting, forecasting, change management, progress measurement, earned value, and reporting, giving CH2M better visibility, faster analysis, and more accurate forecasts. It also supported workforce management and helped reduce waste, improve productivity, and lower costs, while driving executive support for enterprise-wide project controls.
