The NHS faced the challenge of providing accessible mental health and wellbeing support to its health, emergency services, and social care staff across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. HeX Productions was engaged to create a digital hub that would serve as a single point of access, offering clear navigation to vital support services and clinical assessments for a workforce under significant pressure.

HeX Productions designed and developed a WordPress-based website with a strong taxonomy and clear call-to-action triggers, ensuring an intuitive user journey. The solution was built to be fully WCAG 2.1 AA compliant and was supported by accessibility training for the NHS staff. The result is a hub that allows NHS staff to swiftly navigate to crucial support services.
