Zhong Hui Bao adopts OpenStack to secure platform for global growth

Zhong Hui Bao Network Technology, one of China’s largest third‑party payment providers, faced a critical challenge: supporting rapid global growth while preventing costly downtime during peak transaction periods. To achieve a secure, flexible and automated infrastructure that could scale internationally and protect cardholder data, Zhong Hui Bao selected Hewlett Packard Enterprise and deployed HPE Helion OpenStack and the HPE Helion Development Platform (HPE Helion Private Cloud).

Hewlett Packard Enterprise implemented a private cloud using HPE Helion OpenStack and Helion Development Platform (with system integration by WinSoft), delivering enterprise‑grade security, automation and monitoring. The new platform eliminated downtime risks, stabilized and accelerated payment services, improved developer efficiency by up to 60%, halved software development time, and reduced operations headcount from ten to two—enabling faster service deployment and better readiness for international expansion.
