TMNA Services, LLC (TMNAS), the shared‑services company for Tokio Marine North America, faced slow, error-prone regression and performance testing, manual spreadsheet tracking of load metrics, and lengthy release cycles after relying on hard-to-maintain freeware scripts. To address these challenges, TMNA Services engaged Hewlett Packard Enterprise and adopted integrated testing tools including HP Unified Functional Testing, HP Quality Center and HP LoadRunner.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise implemented UFT, Quality Center and LoadRunner (10 UFT licenses, 90 QC licenses and ~200 virtual users), enabling automated overnight regression runs versus up to five days of manual testing. The solution produced 100% accurate regression tests, saved more than 1,500 manual testing hours in 2014, eliminated spreadsheet-based metrics, accelerated software releases and helped TMNA Services transform into a world‑class shared services organization.
