A Hewlett Packard Enterprise Case Study
The School District of Palm Beach County, the 12th largest school district in the U.S., faced slow, paper-based processing for more than 2,000 administrative forms used by over 25,000 employees and 170,000 students and parents. To meet needs for rapid deployment, security, scalability and compliance, the district engaged Hewlett Packard Enterprise and its HP Process Automation solution (with systems integration by Informa Software).
Hewlett Packard Enterprise implemented HP Process Automation to convert forms to digital data, capture electronic signatures, validate document content, and trigger secure workflows; the district now manages all 2,000+ forms electronically. The automation reduced manual handling, cutting processes that once required hand-signing, scanning and filing down to minutes (for example, routing signed HR Code of Ethics forms for 25,000 employees), significantly lowering time and costs and improving operational efficiency.
