A Hewlett Packard Enterprise Case Study
PinkRoccade Healthcare, a leading Dutch healthcare software host, was asked to take over PharmaPartners’ legacy environment after IBM/NetApp/Cisco infrastructure caused frequent slowdowns and left the business exposed with a single data center. To meet PharmaPartners’ strict performance, uptime and migration requirements, PinkRoccade partnered with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, leveraging HPE technology and services such as HPE ProLiant servers, HPE 3PAR StoreServ all‑flash storage, HPE StoreOnce and HPE Datacenter Care to modernize the hosting stack.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise implemented a 100% HPE hosted infrastructure with HPE Technology Services consulting and 24/7 Datacenter Care support, full replication to a secondary DR site (3PAR Peer Persistence) and HPE Flexible Capacity for rapid scaling. The move produced a threefold improvement in application response time, uptime increased from 99.9% to 99.995%, and failover/recovery within 30 minutes—outcomes that stabilized patient-facing services and strengthened PinkRoccade Healthcare’s ability to grow its hosting business.
