Ordina Boosts Business with Streamlined SAP services

Ordina, the largest independent IT services provider in the Benelux, needed to replace a heavily customized, hard-to-update SAP landscape and to create a new SAP HANA–based business offering for customers. After issuing an RFP and running a three-month proof of concept, Ordina selected Hewlett Packard Enterprise and the HPE ConvergedSystem 500 for SAP HANA (with HPE Serviceguard) as the reliable, scalable platform to support both internal ERP/BW/CRM workloads and a new customer service strand.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise delivered six factory‑preconfigured HPE ConvergedSystem 500 installations (three in production, three for disaster recovery) with HPE Serviceguard, implementation and training services, and a five‑year Proactive Care contract. The systems were up and running in under a month, provide automatic failover and scalable configurations, and have enabled Ordina to add in‑premise SAP HANA to its service portfolio — improving deployment speed, supporting faster data analysis for better decision‑making, and creating the foundation to lower TCO and generate new revenue.
