A Hewlett Packard Enterprise Case Study
N2N Connect is an applications service provider that supplies integrated online trading platforms for investment banks and brokerage houses across Asia, handling high-volume trades (including over two thirds of Bursa Malaysia’s trades). Facing compatibility, reliability and support challenges when clients sourced their own hardware, N2N Connect needed a predictable supply chain and infrastructure that met strict SLAs to avoid costly downtime. As an OEM partner with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, they turned to HPE infrastructure and services to address these needs.
Under the Hewlett Packard Enterprise OEM program, N2N Connect delivers pre-configured trading appliances built on HPE ProLiant DL380/DL580 Gen9 servers, HPE StoreVirtual 4000 and 3PAR storage, HPE PCIe Workload Accelerators and HPE Proactive Care, with factory integration and global support. The HPE solution reduced time-to-value from 8–12 weeks to 2–3 weeks, cut installation and setup costs by US$30,000–$40,000 per system, simplified support to a single vendor contact, and improved performance, reliability and SLA compliance for clients.
