Miller Insurance Services LLP, a specialist wholesale insurance broker with over 600 employees, needed to replace its network and storage as it moved to a new London headquarters and shifted its in‑house data centre to a hosted suite. The company chose Hewlett Packard Enterprise (with partner Pervasive Networks) for a single‑vendor end‑to‑end networking and storage solution, deploying HPE switches, HPE 3PAR StoreServ 7400 storage and HPE Intelligent Management Center.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise delivered LAN, Wi‑Fi, storage and data‑migration services and enabled a smooth, low‑impact move so staff were productive on Monday with minimal disruption. The HPE deployment consolidated servers and cut the rack footprint from roughly 15–20 racks to five, boosted connectivity to 10Gbps for key services, sped an overnight batch job by nearly 40% (finishing at 1:30am versus around 5am), and added BYOD, network access management and capacity for future growth.
