Eagle Outsources to the Cloud to Lower Costs and Ensure SAP success

Eagle Home Appliances, a Pune-based leader in the Indian home appliance market, needed to implement SAP ERP to streamline processes and improve customer service but lacked the IT infrastructure and staff to host it. The solution supports 40 concurrent SAP users, saved about USD$8,000 in SAP set‑up costs, and cut sales order processing from five days to five minutes—greatly speeding time‑to‑market and improving customer service.
