CONA Services - Customer Case Study

CONA Services, the IT services provider for North American Coca‑Cola bottlers, needed a common, scalable IT and testing platform to align business processes with IT and improve testing efficiency across multiple bottlers. To meet this challenge they worked with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, implementing HPE ALM (and HPE Performance Center) and integrating it with ARIS BPM so business process documentation could be directly used to create test cases and standardize SDLC practices.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s solution—phased deployment of HPE ALM with ARIS integration and HPE Performance Center—created a centralized “Main Repository,” automated generation of test cases from ARIS (>1,800 generated), and enabled non‑technical business testers to adopt the system. The results included user growth from ~150 to 2,000 (adding 50–100 users monthly), 93% user satisfaction, an 80% reduction in post‑production issues, and targeted regression savings up to 50%, while improving defect detection, traceability and scalable governance across bottlers.
