COMLINE AG speeds up the migration of SMEs to the cloud

COMLINE AG, a Hamburg-based IT service provider, needed a secure, highly automated hybrid cloud to help German SMEs move from manual, partially virtualised systems to self-service cloud delivery. To accelerate this data-centre evolution and standardise service automation, COMLINE partnered with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, deploying HPE Helion CloudSystem, HPE 3PAR StoreServ Disk Storage System, HPE Cloud Service Automation and HPE Operations Orchestration.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise delivered an integrated cloud platform with a multi-tenant self-service portal and automated workflows, allowing COMLINE to expand its catalogue from 12 to 41 services and fully automate provisioning. The solution cut service delivery from 40 to 8 minutes, lifted employee productivity by up to 80%, reduced errors and IT costs, and produced a return on investment in under one year.
