A Hewlett Packard Enterprise Case Study
Coke One North America (CONA), the IT arm responsible for delivering an end-to-end solution to North American Coca-Cola bottlers, needed to replace several legacy SDLC tools with a single, secure, user-friendly platform that met new business, security and audit requirements and could be rolled out with minimal disruption on an aggressive three-month timeline. Hewlett Packard Enterprise provided HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to standardize SDLC processes, achieve requirements traceability, and centralize testing and reporting.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise implemented HP ALM in phased releases (Phase 1: testing, defect management and dashboards; Phase 2: requirements, release/cutover, demand planning and code control) creating a Main Repository as the “source of truth” and satellite projects for execution data. The solution reduced the cost of supporting multiple tools, improved governance and audit readiness, enabled secure asset sharing with bottlers, and scaled user adoption from 150 to 1,000 with 93% user satisfaction, while streamlining reporting and traceability across CONA.
