ARI, a global vehicle fleet services management company, faced exploding data volumes and slow, custom ETL processes that hindered real‑time analytics and customer support. To modernize its analytics platform and improve service delivery, ARI partnered with Hewlett Packard Enterprise to deploy HP ProLiant servers alongside SAP HANA and related SAP tools.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise implemented two HP ProLiant DL580 servers running SAP HANA, replacing the in‑house ETL and standardizing the stack; analysis jobs that once took more than 24 hours now run in three to four seconds, administrative and ETL costs were reduced, call‑center efficiency rose by about 5%, first‑call resolution improved by at least 5%, and ARI can handle more customer calls without adding staff while benefiting from a single point of service.
