Voiceflow Inc, a conversation-design platform, faced siloed data across MongoDB, DynamoDB, Postgres and Intercom that made complex queries and product optimization difficult. After evaluating options, Voiceflow Inc selected Hevo Data’s unified data platform and no-code pipelines to centralize and operationalize their event and product data.

Hevo Data ingests Voiceflow Inc’s Intercom and product data, cleans, disentangles and incrementally loads it into BigQuery for consumption in Looker, while providing full visibility into pipeline stages for easier debugging. As a result, Hevo Data enabled lossless unification of ~60 million events/month, 100% visibility into pipelines, and deeper insights that help teams optimize product and operations.
